TERMS OF USE AND AGREEMENTS

 

Welcome to Phantom. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").

 

PRIVACY

 

Phantom respects customers information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals.

 

 

GENERAL

 

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.

 

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

Phantom products displayed on the Site are available in select stores and other markets while supplies last.

 

DELIVERY

 

Purchased items will be shipped within 48-72 hours of the order being placed during business days, unless a special case such as pre-order items that will ship indefinitely until the product becomes available. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify info@phantomedition.com. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping. Phantom may not suggest an estimate tax fee, we suggest talking with customs office in your country so that they may provide an estimate.  All domestic & international shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

 

Although availability may be indicated on the site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

 

 

PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

 

Published prices do not include shipping fees or import duties. All prices are subject to change without prior notification. 

 

 

RETURNS

 

All un-wanted merchandise must be returned within seven days of being received by customer to our managers, contacting by the email. All merchandise must be un-used, un-worn and in its original packaging, upon arrival, it will be inspected to meet such criteria. Upon inspection, you will be refunded the cost of the products, excluding shipping costs. 

 

 

CONTESTS & PROMOTIONS

 

On occasion Phantom issues promotional codes, site credits, and similar “gift certificates” which will provide a credit towards a purchase on the Website when redeemed at checkout. These codes are non-transferrable, and are to be used only by the intended recipient. In particular, Phantom reserves the right to cancel a promotion and/or to reject redemption of a promotional code when the total value of the promotional code exceeds a certain value, generally the price of the item for which the promotional code is used. All offers and coupons offering free merchandise are subject to availability, the merchandise will be given while supplies last. Only one promotional code may be used at a time during checkout and may not be used more than once. 

Promotions are only eligible for full-priced products and are limited to one per transaction. Minimum spends may be required and will be communicated on any correspondence. Where a promotion has been communicated via email, the promotional code is non-transferable and the email address provided during checkout must be the same as the email address to which the promotion was sent.  Phantom shall not be liable to any customer for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of a promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to use a promotional code for any reason.

Promotional codes do not cover the costs of any shipping, duties, and/or regional taxes where applicable. 

All promotions have an expiration date which will be indicated in your account or in any communication to the customer. Once a promotion has expired the amount may not be refunded. If the promotion is still active, it will be refunded back to the customer’s account to be used towards a future order.

If an expired promotional code is used, especially if used in conjunction with another offer, your order will be canceled without notice and an immediate refund will be issued.

Any and all Phantom contest rules and regulations will be communicated directly to the customer.

 

 

CANCELATION POLICY

 

Phantom reserves the right to cancel any order that has violated coupon use without notifying the customer. We do not cancel orders that are in compliance with Phantom requirements, unless an event in which the customer has purchased the same item twice within a time difference of two hours, in which case the new order, or the order with the lesser amount will be cancelled. If client wishes to amend an order, please notify us within the hour of placing your order at info@phantomedition.com we fulfill orders quickly and after it has been processed, we may not cancel an order. 

 

 

ORDER AMENDMENT

 

Due to the high speed at which we fulfill your order, changing address, name, items or phone number is not possible for orders placed during working hours. Orders placed outside of these times can be edited, this excludes adding or changing items due to price differences. Your order must be canceled and placed again for the correct items.

 

 

COLORS

 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

 

 

 

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, POSTCARDS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

 

All comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Phantom's Site (collectively, "Comments") shall be and remain Phantoms property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to Phantom of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Thus, Phantom will own exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Comments. Phantom is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; (2) to pay to user any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any user Comments. You agree that no Comments submitted by you to the Site will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s). You further agree that no Comments submitted by you to the Site will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any Comments you make. You agree that Phantom may use and/or disclose information about your demographics and use of the Site in any manner that does not reveal your identity. By participating in Site sweepstakes, contests, promotions, and/or requesting promotional information or product updates, you agree that Phantom may use your information for marketing and promotional purposes.

 

 

COMMUNICATIONS

 

You agree that Phantom may send electronic mail to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this Site, about any of Phantom products or services, or for such other purpose(s) as Phantom deems appropriate.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, BY YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, THAT YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR REPAIRS OF ANY EQUIPMENT YOU USE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SITE, AND THAT PHANTOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE.

From time to time there may be information on Phantom that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your Phantom purchase you may return it with your invoice to Phantom by mail. TERMINATION

 

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Phantom. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Phantom also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Phantom sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Phantom, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
