Delivery Times & Dates

Orders are processed within 24-48 hrs of being placed during business days, unless otherwise stated or the need to contact the client is required.

International packages arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipped date.

Delivery time does not include weekends and Holidays. 

Our courier is responsible for shipping dates and times, Phantom only provides estimated times.

 

Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed are exclusive of taxes, duties and shipping fees.

All recipients are responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country of destination. 

Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

We are unable to advise tax or custom’s amount. Please contact customs in your country for and advised tax rate.

Failure to comply with Tax & Duties Laws, your package will be discarded and Phantom will not be held liable for such event, nor does Phantom reserve the right to re-ship the undeliverable package.

Undeliverable packages due to client error will not be refunded.
